TERMS & CONDITIONS

Supplies: Supplies: We provide all cleaning products and equipment required to clean your home. We do not use any products or equipment not provided by us. We do not use bleach.

Pests: Pests: You agree that your home does not have: Any bedbug activity in the last 12 months; rodent activity or rodent waste; insect infestations; any pest infestation; bodily waste. If we send a team to your home and the team discovers evidence of any of the aforementioned, we will immediately stop the service and you will be charged the full amount estimated plus all the costs to sanitize our equipment and vehicle.

Non-Solicitation Agreement: During the course of the agreement the client shall not solicit employment from any Enns Rossi employee.  In the case of termination of this agreement, the client shall not solicit employment of any Enns Rossi employee for the duration of a 12 month period. Violation of the non-solicitation agreement will result in a $2,000 Recruitment and Training fee charged to the client, to be paid in full upon request.

Booking and Deposits: All services require a credit card to be on file at the time of booking. If your account has a valid credit card on file, once you accept a spot, it will be charged a deposit. If your account does not have a valid credit card on file, once you accept a spot, you will receive a call from us. You must provide a credit card to be charged the deposit. The spot will not be reserved if the deposit is not paid in full. The remaining amount will be charged to the same credit card once the service is completed.
One Time and Initial cleanings require a 50% non refundable/non transferable deposit to secure the spot on the schedule.

Arrival Time: We always make our best efforts to arrive at your home at the same time every cleaning. Due to the unpredictable nature of cleaning, weather and cancellations, we reserve the right to arrive 1 hour prior to 1 hour after the scheduled time.

Recurring Cleanings: We will reserve a recurring slot for you until the day of your Initial Cleaning. If recurring is not booked by the end of day on your Initial Cleaning day, the recurring slot will no longer be reserved.

Skipping Cleanings: If you cancel a scheduled recurring cleaning (Late Cancellation fees still apply) your next cleaning on that scheduled will not be billed at the discounted rate. It will instead be billed at the Initial and One Time Cleaning rate. After that, it will resume at the discounted rate. If you cancel 2 scheduled recurring cleanings in a row, you must also prepay the full scheduled amount for you next cleaning on that scheduled on the day of your second cancellation. Otherwise your recurring schedule will be cancelled. Your rate will not change if we skip your cleaning.

Pricing and Rates: Pricing is calculated per hour per cleaner. For example, 2 cleaners working 2 hours equals 4 hours of billable time. Time is added/removed in 15-minute increments per worker. For instance, adding 15 minutes to an appointment with 2 cleaners adds 30 minutes of billable time. Adding 15 minutes to an appointment with 3 cleaners adds 45 minutes of billable time.
One Time and Initial cleanings are billed at an hourly rate. Recurring cleanings are billed at a discounted hourly rate. Hourly rates may vary depending on scheduled times, frequency, location and/or services.

Estimates: Estimates are not a guarantee of price. If the cleaners cannot complete all the tasks on the estimate within the estimated time, we will call you with the remaining tasks and an updated estimated price. If you do not wish to approve any additional time, the cleaners will leave. If we call and cannot reach you, and you do not call back within 5 minutes of being called, we will assume all additional time is approved.
If an area or task is not written on the estimate, it will not be done. The estimated price is only for the areas and tasks clearly stated on the estimate.

Tips: Tips are neither required, nor expected, but always appreciated. 100% of your tip is split evenly between all cleaners assigned to you on a given appointment. If you’d like to leave a cash tip, please include a note that clearly states that it is a tip. For e-Transfers and Credit Card, simply send the tip along with payment.

Rate Changes: Enns Rossi reserves the right to change rates at any time. You will be notified of rate changes.

Payment Due Date and Late Payments: Payments are due at the time services are rendered. Any invoice that is not paid in full within 30 days of the due date will receive a $50 Late Payment fee and another $50 fee for every 30 days past the due date. If payment is not received in full, including all fees, by 60 days after the due date, your invoice will be sent to an external Collections Agency.

No Access: It is your responsibility to provide us access to your home. If our cleaners are unable to enter your home within 15 minutes past your appointment time or are turned away at or during the time of your appointment, regardless of reason, you will be charged a No Access Fee of the full scheduled service amount.

Blockages: If for any reason our cleaners cannot easily access part of your home, they will skip it and no time will be deducted from the original estimated service amount. Make sure there is no clutter, broken handles/locks, baby/dog gates or anything that may present a challenge to access an area that needs to be cleaned. Cleaners will not spend more than 2 minutes trying to access an area. Cleaners will not move heavy objects to gain access to an area.

Late Cancellation: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 2 full business days prior to the scheduled time, regardless of reason, you will be charged a Late Cancellation Fee of $60. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 1 full business day prior to your scheduled time, regardless of reason, you will be charged a No Access Fee of the full scheduled service amount.

Right of Refusal: Enns Rossi reserves the right to refuse any job or task for any reason at any time.

Weather: During unfavorable weather, we may need to skip or reschedule your cleaning. If we do not have any availability for that week, your cleaning will be skipped.

Changes: Changes are subject to approval and must be made by email or phone at the time of booking for One Time and Initial cleanings, and no less than 2 full business days prior to your next cleaning for Recurring cleanings. Changes may incur additional fees. Cleaners are not authorized to deviate from the work order without management approval.

General Exclusions: Our cleaners will not move appliances, furniture or decor larger than 4ft in any direction, heavier than 50lbs, or with anything on or inside it.

The following items are not included in any scope of service: mold remediation/cleanup, mildew remediation/cleanup, hard water scale buildup removal, wall washing, light fixtures, chandeliers, window screens, laundry, grout, inside laundry appliances, inside dishwasher, removing windows/window screens, washing unfinished concrete floors, hoarding situations,  heavy organizing, sorting, decluttering or any item deemed a restoration item.
