Do I need to own any supplies or equipment?
We bring and provide everything we need to clean your house.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
There is no need to be home, our cleaners can go in and out of your place as long as you provide us with a method of entry. It is also not a problem if you are home at the time.

What forms of payment do you take?
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express credit cards and E-Transfer. Credit cards can be set up for automatic payments after each appointment.

What if I have a pet?
Ideally, we ask that you leave your pet in a confined area, room or kennel during the cleaning.

Are you Insured and Bonded?
Yes. We are licensed, insured and bonded.

What if I need to cancel/reschedule my appointment?
Let us know at least two business days prior and we will reschedule you for the earliest availability we have.

How can I add/remove/change tasks for my next cleaning?
You can request changes up to two business days before your cleaning. We try to accommodate every change, but sometimes it's not possible. The earlier you request it, the higher the chances of it being approved.

I have my own cleaning products for my home. Can you use them?
For safety and liability concerns, our cleaners are not allowed to use anything not provided by us. Our cleaning products and equipment are more than capable of cleaning your home. If you have any questions about what we use, ask us!
