Deep Cleaning: All regular tasks plus: Cupboard faces and handles. Above cupboards. Backsplash. Table and chair legs.
Exceptions: Inside cupboards. Dishes (dirty dishes will be left in the sink and on counter beside sink).
Appliances & Countertop Appliances
Regular Cleaning: Stove: Outside face and top. Fridge: Outside face and edges. Dishwasher: Outside face. Microwave: Inside, outside top (if reachable) and front. Toaster: Outside top and sides. Toaster Oven: Outside face and top. Coffee Maker: Outside top and sides.
Deep Cleaning: No Change.
Exceptions: Underneath range hood. Inside dishwasher. Underneath and behind heavy appliances.
General Areas
Regular Cleaning: Areas around garbage bin. Spot clean outside of garbage bin. Change trash bags. Windows glass and sill. Table top (and underneath if glass). Spot clean chairs.
Deep Cleaning: All regular tasks plus: Baseboards. Inside of garbage bin. Top of fridge (if reachable). Light switches. Doors, door frames and knobs.
Exceptions: Light fixtures. Window screens, blinds, and tracks. Pantry.
Bathroom
Toilet Area
Regular Cleaning: Scrub inside toilet bowl with toilet brush and toilet bowl cleaner. Outside of toilet bowl and tank (except back of tank). Spot clean tank hose and toilet brush holder.
Deep Cleaning: All regular tasks plus: Back of toilet tank (if reachable), underneath hinge caps.
Exceptions: Inside toilet tank. Inside toilet bowls that do not flush/are clogged. We do not unclog toilets.
Sink & Vanity Area
Regular Cleaning: Mirror faces. Countertops. Sinks. Faucets. Outside of pedestal sinks. Spot clean flood holes, product bottles and vanity faces/handles.
Deep Cleaning: All regular tasks plus: Underneath sink plugs.
Exceptions: Sink traps. Inside bathroom drawers or vanity. Light fixtures. Corrosion, limescale and hardwater buildup. We do not unclog sinks.
Shower & Bathtub Area
Regular Cleaning: Inside and outside bathtub. Tub surrounds. Shower/bathtub doors/divisions. Faucets. Spot clean products.
Deep Cleaning: All regular tasks plus: Scrub shower head and hose, bathtub faucet and inside bathtub with scrub solution. Shower/bathtub doors tracks. Curtain rod.
Exceptions: Corrosion, limescale and hardwater buildup. Water jets. We do not unclog drains.
General Areas
Regular Cleaning: Edge of shelves. Baseboards. Windows glass and sills. Spot clean outside of garbage bin and fixtures.
Deep Cleaning: All regular tasks plus: Light switches. Doors, door frames and knobs.

Couches & Chairs
Regular Cleaning: Fold blankets. Remove pet hair from top of fabric couches/chairs. Wipe leather couches/chairs.
Deep Cleaning: All regular tasks plus: Reachable areas under couches/chairs. Underneath couch/chair cushions.
Exceptions: Moving couches and large chairs.
General Areas
Regular Cleaning: Minor organizing and decluttering. Surfaces. Mirrors and glass panels. Window sills and glass. Edges of shelving. Vacuum carpet/area rugs.
Deep Cleaning: All regular tasks plus: Baseboards. Top and lip of wall hangings (lower than 6ft). Underneath area rugs. Light switches. Doors, door frames and knobs.
Exceptions: Shag rugs. Light fixtures. Window screens, blinds, and tracks. Electronic devices screens.
Bedroom
Bed
Regular Cleaning: Make beds. Change bedding (if clean, folded bedding on bed). Top of headboard.
Deep Cleaning: All regular tasks plus: Outside of bed frame. Reachable areas under bed.
Exceptions: Moving beds or mattresses.
General Areas
Regular Cleaning: Minor organizing and decluttering. Surfaces. Mirrors. Window sills and glass. Edges of shelving. Vacuum carpet/area rugs.
Deep Cleaning: All regular tasks plus: Baseboards. Top and lip of wall hangings (lower than 6ft). Underneath area rugs. Light switches. Doors, door frames and knobs.

Entrances & Hallways
Entrance & Mudroom
Regular Cleaning: Benches. Window sills and glass. Edges of shelving. Storm door glass (not in winter).
Deep Cleaning: All regular tasks plus: Baseboards. Top and lip of wall hangings (lower than 6ft). Shoe trays.
Exceptions: Light fixtures. Window screens, blinds, and tracks.
Stairs & Hallways
Regular Cleaning: Top and base of handrails. Vacuum carpets/rugs. Underneath rugs.
Deep Cleaning: All regular tasks plus: Baseboards. Spindles. Light switches. Doors, door frames and knobs. Top and lip of wall hangings (lower than 6ft).
Exceptions: Shag rugs. Light fixtures. Window screens, blinds, and tracks.
Unless specified, surfaces are wiped only. It does not include scraping, scrubbing or the use of different tools and chemicals. If a wiped surface requires more than a wipe with a microfiber cloth and general purpose cleaner, it will be skipped.
General Cleaning vs Spot Cleaning: Dust and dirt start building up on surfaces right after being cleaned and take some time to become visible. With general cleaning, we wipe it down whether or not it is already visible, keeping the area sanitized. Spot cleaning means cleaning when dirt or dust is visible from arm's length.
General Exclusions: Our cleaners will not move appliances, furniture or décor larger than 4ft in any direction, heavier than 50lbs, or with anything on or inside it.
We do not clean anywhere above 6ft in height during Initial/One Time and Recurring Cleans.
The following items are not included in any scope of service: Mold remediation/cleanup. Mildew remediation/cleanup. Hard water scale buildup removal. Walls, ceilings, light fixtures, fans, chandeliers, plant pot trays. Removing or cleaning window screens, blinds and tracks. Litter boxes. Laundry. Inside laundry appliances. Inside dishwasher. Dishes. Unfinished concrete floors. Hoarding situations. Heavy organizing, sorting or decluttering. Scrubbing floor or wall grout. Water, fire or smoke damage. Scuff marks.
Unusual Areas & Items: Areas or items that differ from house to house and do not fit any description on this document are treated as “unusual”. Those are cleaned if they fit the following criteria:
- Reachable from ground with no aid (from stairs, ladders, edges, stools etc.)
- Not fragile (made of glass, ceramic, crystal, paper etc.)
- Have no items on it of any size.
- Can be wiped safely under 2 minutes.
